You are not allowed to access or use Mycryptopedia's services if you are located, incorporated or otherwise established in, or a citizen or resident where the publication or availability of Mycryptopedia's services is prohibited or contrary to local law, regulation or licensing requirements.
Nothing in this website is intended to constitute the marketing or promotion of Mycryptopedia’s services. By using Mycryptopedia’s services (including this website) you acknowledge that:
1. You are doing so on the basis of your own enquiry, without solicitation or inducement by Mycryptopedia; and
2. You have satisfied yourself that you have the necessary knowledge and experience to understand the risks involved.

All material provided herein, whether as mycryptopedia.com or as part of any product purchased from Mycryptopedia (including, but not limited to, any trade signals provided under the MYC Signals brand), is owned by Mycryptopedia. By continuing to use this site or any Mycryptopedia product (including, but not limited to, any trade signals product) you agree that you will use the information provided for you private, personal use only. Furthermore, you agree that you will not duplicate or reuse any information for commercial or private use without express written consent from an authorized Mycryptopedia representative.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Please send a message to our official Telegram sales/support channel @MYCSupportBot or email us at contact@mycryptopedia.com with your cancellation request.
Be advised that once your subscription is cancelled, you will be removed from any private groups, and you will receive no further charges.
Note that you must contact us to cancel your subscription. We will not cancel your subscription unless you tell us to do so. Leaving the VIP Group on your own will not cancel your subscription (this means that the auto-debits/charges will continue on the payment method that you have on file with us). Not using our signals for a period of time for any reason also does not constitute a cancellation of your subscription.
Refunds
Our refund policy is simple, and can be requested anytime also through @MYCSupportBot or contact@mycryptopedia.com, subject to the following limitations:
1. 100% refund if cancellation is made within the first 7 days of a new/recently renewed subscription
2. No refund if cancellation is made within the last 7 days of a subscription
3. Pro-rated refund for the unused portion of subscription if cancellation is made in between the first 7 and last 7 days of a subscription.
For example, if there are 30 days for this month and you decided to cancel your Spot Altcoin + BTC subscription on the 11th day, then the refund will be computed as follows:
Subscription Price = $120
Refund = $76 (computed as 120 x 19/30)
Any transaction fees (such as cryptocurrency network fees) required to send your refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
For card payment methods, please wait for 5 up to 10 days upon refund confirmation for the amount to show in your credit card statement.
